Digitalization is playing pivotal role in enhancing quality of entrepreneurial leadership. In today's era impacted by covid 19, digital innovations and maketing strategies are helping entrepreneurs to lead from front.
I am an Indian. It is a developing economy. That's why, in the old era when everything used to be done manually, then the entrepreneurs used to take a lot of time in generation of the data, on the basis of which business decisions were taken.
Today, digitization has ensured two things. First of all, the data is generated very quickly. So, decision making has become very prompt. Secondly, the entrepreneurs of this generation can access business knowledge from any field by just a click of the mouse. So, Indian entrepreneurs are taking decisions in their businesses which is in sync with their counterparts from the developed parts of the world.
"Digitization" is erasing leadership, as the abuse of technological objects to communicate cannot replace physical presence and direct contact with "subordinates".

The leaders those are up to date with the new digital tools enhance the productivity of the manufacturing organizations. Proper information sharing using IoT and cloud-based technology help an organization to review each step of the supply chain effectively.
Thank you for this question, it has prompted interesting answers which we can all usefully reflect on. In my own view, leadership is an ever-emerging concept, always in a state of becoming, but never actually is. In this sense, leadership emerges in its various forms from a context shaped by the fundamental uncertainties of technological progress, individual and social identity, and power relationships.
