There may be some reactions happened between your ionic liquid and curing agent, so trying other curing agents would be helpful

You could make sure if the ionic liquid reacts with peroxides easily？If yes，try other kinds of curing agents used in saturated rubber or plastic materials, such as 1,3,5-Tri-2-propenyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione (TAIC).
