By doing triangulation methods the effectiveness may be studied
Learning may be through collaboration but at the end of the task each participant should be in a position to explain how they arrived at the solution. Hence in our Indian system each should be evaluated in between and also at the end of the year.
Evaluation and Assessment should be not product oriented but should be process oriented
Basically, to measure a certain effort, there should the base line to compare with the end line results.
