Dear experts in the Researchgate society,

Now I have a resting state fMRI dataset of 8 patients at 7T scanner (MR2PAGE, isotropic of 0.7 mm; EPI, isotropic of 1.5 mm). With its higher sensitivity to detect the neural activity, I'd like to take the advantages in both the structural and function spatial resolution.

However, I found the segmentation process in SPM software using the Tissue Probability Map (TMP) which has a resolution of 1.5 * 1.5 *1.5 mm3.

So I'd like to know if somebody knows some kind of TMP with higher resolution or just using the default TMP? If I use the default TMP, will my results of segmentation be accurate?

Could you tell me some details about the segmentation?

Thank you very much for your answers !

Have a nice day!

Shun
