How should i represent my GSEA of pathways, by the ES or by the NES?

mathematically and statistically i don't real understand what is the difference between the ES and the NES, and i want to present my result in a bar graph, so should i use the ES or the NES?

Normalized enrichment score is most commonly used in most of the studies that report results of GSEA analysis.
