Have you ever used or know someone that used the raw data from the Open Psychometrics? I am thinking to use on a cross-cultural project but I am afraid if is trustworthy.

If you are willing to live with the understanding that these data sets are from people choosing to respond to said instruments in an on-line, voluntary format, (and not clinically administered) then carry on. I'd say that the final disclaimer is likely germane as well (...these tests are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.")
For some of the measures for which normative data are available, you could potentially compare the results of the given data sets to those norms (usually given in Technical Manual), to see if the sample of online participants is anywhere close to comparable to the normative sample/s.

I'd say any transparent-objective regarding data is likely to be the utmost trustworthy.
