I want to know necessary assumptions to ensure BMP. What is the role of temperature(transition in particular)? what information can be extracted from Room temperature BMP fitting?
The condition to apply the BMP model for explaining the long-range ferromagnetic ordering in oxides samples are
1. The oxides samples doped with only a few percents (up to 5 %) of doped ions.
2. The samples should be insulating. To insure this, resistivity measurements is required.
3. The samples must show the defects/vacancies. Any information about defect states, obtained with specific experimental methods (PL, XPS, Raman etc.), is very valuable.
what is the logic behind long range FMO, why cannt short range(Ref. if any)?
As if, it is due to e due to O-vacancy trapped by other vacancy site, thus there is possibility of both, Short range as well as long range, from my point view, it acually depend on conc of vacancy.
