How much time you spend on research gate per day? If you are investing a considerable amount of time, are you getting benefits by spending that much time?
I spend around one hour in the first couple of months and now reduced and nowadays I spend depending upon the need.
Yes..I have learnt many things after joining in RG, Of course I have joined recently.But it is very helpful and we can get many advices and helpful info from different researchers and can have different views on same question.

I am agree with both Sathish and Singh. The time which spend in RG depends on the thrust of queries and curiosity in your research of interest.
In morning, first i check all the new questions related to my field and check answers of interesting questions. And if i kno the answer of any question i like to post it and i dont kno how much time it takes. i also search people and their papers who are working in my interest area. I also use to check it mainy time in a day or sometime i dont use it even a single time in a day if it is weekend. It depends how much time it takes daily.
I usually spend about 20 to 30 minutes a day and I may not check the posts of others but whenever I have posts in my network especially by me, then I constantly check the responses. RG for me is addictive. And recently I spent more time in RG than in FB.
About 20 min. More if I find an interesting subject and want to see what people have to say on the issue. I find it very useful. In terms of research I prefer it to LinkedIn.

Hello, Lijo. I spend 45 minutes. Researchgate is fascinating because of the varied perspectives of its members. In the best cases, it is possible to befriend some of the most interesting researchers, as I have. I always check the profiles of my friends so that I can find what interests them. In that way I am enriched.
Since I became a member with RG recently I am spending generally about an hour in the morning and again about one hour in the evening. During daytime, I may on and off be watching for anything happening when I am in front of the computer terminal.
I go a few times a day for a few minutes on each input. At the end of the week, maybe two to three hours.
