I have pretreated the waste and sugar has been liberated in the extract which was confirmed by qualitative Molisch's test and quantitative DNS test. However, how much sugar extract is to be added during media formulation for bacterial growth? Can I use RMS software to determine the percentage % of sugar extract to be used?
