Hello

i have a problem that is very important for me and i will be happy if someone respond me. I culture Anthurium leaf in MS medium contain 1mg/l BA and 0.1 mg/l 2,4-D for callus production and then transfer the callus in Ms medium contain 0.2 mg/l BA. I want to know can i use the regenerated plant via this method in commercial greenhouse? I mean the regenerated plant have good genetic stability without remarkable variation?
