I would like to know the carrier mobility of PCBM in polymer hybrid solar cells.

It was found that the carrier mobility of PCBM in polymer blends strongly depends on the type of the polymer. For instance, in annealed P3HT:PCBM the electron mobility is equal or even higher then 10-3 cm2 V-1 s-1 whereas in PTB7:PCBM blends the mobility is much lower and lyes between 10-5 and 10-4 cm2 V-1 s-1. For the hole mobility, it was found that in both blends is between 10-4 and 10-3 cm2 V-1 s-1.
