I ran an experiment using model buildings approximately 0.068m3 in volume, with a 5l bottle of oil and a 75W aquarium immersion heater submerged in them. The temperature set point on the immersed heaters was 30oC and this was checked with an independent thermometer place in the oil and the temperature altered until the oil was measuring 30oC.

The energy used by the aquarium heaters was not measured (something that in hindsight would have been useful), however, the temperature in the room was measured. Is it possible to work out roughly how much heat would have been coming from the oil bottle heaters? For example did they heat the rooms by around 3oC.
