I was simulated 500 kg TNT on the ground surface to explosion, soil is clayey sand with young modulus E=100 MPa, dimensions of ground crater due to detonation is 70 cm in depth and 200 cm length!!(according to figure)
Are the results of the sizes correct??

Playing around with (or telling us) Young's modulus only is not enough. You need to parametrize the entire stress-strain curve, including the fracture point.
The crater dimensions seem ways too little.
As i see your result is to inaccurate. Check your model based-on an authentic paper and or verify a paper or case study model.

A key issue is how the TNT would be physically arranged on the ground surface and detonated. Just setting off a stack of explosives on the ground surface isn't going to make much of a crater, even with 500 kg of TNT. That said your 2m "length" (diameter or radius?) seems a little small. How big an area did your 500 Kg occupy on the ground surface? A solid block of TNT that weighs 500 Kg is going to be ~0.3 cubic meters (a cube 0.67 m on a side), but one would typically not be dealing with a single 500 kg block.
Intuitively, I would have expected a shallower, broader crater in clayey sand. But the configuration of the explosives and the details of the detonation will be very important.
My experience with explosives is from using them as a seismic source. In the 1980s we would use "surface" charges for inexpensive, straight, seismic lines that crossed rugged topography. We would use 100 to 150 kg charges of Tovex per shot, but they would be distributed over an area. By placing the explosive packages on a wooden stake, less than a meter above the ground, we would produce no disruption of the soil surface (but it did play havoc with the leaves on shrubs). As best I can recall, the individual packages were 5 or 10 kg. Tovex does have a slightly lower detonation velocity than TNT.
