How much data points we should have select to draw offset line during yield stress calculations?

In my case (FSW samples of 7xxx series), first, 20-30 data points are only matching with the trendline, but modulus is changing from 70 to 80GPa by considering the first 20 data points. Would you mind letting me know if there are any criteria about the no. of data points we should select in such calculation to achieve the correct YS and modulus?
