I have much more experience in supervising doctoral dissertations than Master's theses, but both groups of students experience enormous stress in the process. I have several suggestions:
Acknowledge to yourself that completing a thesis is an arduous and stressful process and accept it as it is.
Find a thesis topic that you are gun ho about and that is manageable within your timeframe.
Find a supportive and knowledgable supervisor/mentor to work with.
Learn to manage your time and stress (e.g., plan and begin your thesis early, and take breaks to relax and have fun, etc.).
Maintain a positive attitude so that negativity won't creep in and sap your energy.
Seek editorial help and guidance from student support services (e.g., writing center, etc.).
Know that you will improve your writing, revision, and editing skills as you continue your effort, and you will enjoy the fruit of your labor in the future!

For me the most difficult thing is negative energy because of the long time spent in the thesis, however thanks for your advice i will do my best to get the fruit of my efforts.
Awatef your are lucky to have a limit time for your thesis to finish, people earlier in you institute finish their MSc in 6-7 years.
We find students shifting from working on MSc to something else, some students involve in heavy work or get married or get pregnant that hinder their efforts to get their degree. if I commit my self to my MSc the results will be better . Communication is something to stress on for students in the beginning and in the last minute of MSc. Communication in research is to response effectively to your supervisor so if you received a message from your supervisor this means that to send a reply to acknowledge receiving the message in proper time not after a week or so or ignore to response!
The language of student is important if your supervisor use please in his or her communication therefore student should in turn to reply with this way.
The secret of delay for students is having no idea about scientific work or how to deal with supervisors communication or any good lab work. People think that MSc is a piece of paper! no MSc is work and communication.
We need to wait sometime and think how to be successful now and in the future and do lots of care to avoid that stress. Using proper social media to express your stress such as RG is good but not the Facebook with friends may be outside the scientific community! that make a messy response specifically if your supervisor within your friends on Facebook.
