I am working on paper regarding marginalization of women by market economy, therefore, I need some of suggestion regarding this question to know in what different ways women are marginalized by capitalist-modern market economy and how it can be reduced to equality. Further I will highly appreciate if anyone can suggest me some literature on topic.

This is very interesting topic.
I always believed that building economically-enhanced with moral based might be the answer. The problem is that the definition of moral, is becoming, ways to get around with. Education does not increase the morality, at least from my opinion.
We developed products, for customer, the things we do not need.
And we sending subtle messages for Human to reject themselves, for instance, cosmetics, beyond the necessity to the extend that injuring one self. That is not self esteem, that I s the way capitalist destroying a person self-esteem, just to sell products in order to offset the vulnerable.
From my experiences, at my local setting as in Thailand, Southeast Asia, we were burned with Asian y e allow skin. The local advertisements everywhere hammering the skin color and brainwash people to do all it take to become whiten skin. To the extend that several illegal products, even some doctor student or nurses taking partial job to deliver those injection. These became public knowledge when the out c o me of practice went wrong.
If there were a way, in this Era,the commercial u all should sell their product s, focus more on the product quality. If the product is good, then there is no necessity to hammering other, or built up fantasy of the necessity to have, to buy, or to own.
If I may suggest, perhaps you can check out our country previous King IX,economic philosophy, the doctrine is sustainable and adopted by some countries as their National philosophy.
Before, I might suggested CBT or the empowerment from within, but I don't think an ultra self empowered I individual could practice the self-aware n less and acknowledgement & living I n today's capitalism world.

I think that you are barking up the wrong tree. Markets don't marginalize women. Both labor and product markets only care about objective criteria such as who can do the work (not who may do the work) and who has the authority to buy. The marginalization of women arises out of other forces. These other forces include religious prohibitions and traditional roles. I'm sure that some will argue to the contrary and state that women do not have equal chance to inherit land and buildings or something like that. Well, that is not the doing of the market.
I fully agree with Peter F. Colwell. It seems to me that the question has ideological hints. I believe that the first question to be asked is: is it demonstrated in the literature that the market economy marginalizes women? On the other hand, in order to have leads for your goal of reducing inequalities, I would ask otherwise: what constraints hinder (social, economical and educational) emergence of women in the market economy?

I am both agree with Mr.Peter and Mr.Pape, both I do encourage Mr.Kashif to persuade in this doctrine. New perception, like this is importance as well. At least, all those large knowledge data does not seem to hold great future or secure our next generation anymore. At least from my perspective. :)
Non-market economy often discriminates women more than market economy. It is futile to blame a pure market (in theory) for discrimination against women. Of course, all market economies in the world inherit history, culture, society, etc. from non-market economies in the past. It's difficult to disentangle these threads.

@Peter F. Colwell feminist think it in other way, subjugation of women in world and particularly in South did not abated to an certain extent because market created highly competed environment, which in turn due to religious and traditional forces marginalized women. Maria Mias calls it capitalist patriarchy which keeps women at margin. It is not market economy that urges to marginalize women, but if we consider that market economy is patriarchy which it is then the marginalization happens
Consult literature in PIDE library. A huge literature exist in PIDE liberary on marginalization of women in Pakistan.
