I want to get data of any town/ city of India - how many narshing home, diagnostic centre and Dentist's chamber is added with Sterilizing facility of functional Autoclave and Hot air oven ?
If it is not 100%, then what happens in rest of the centres?
I want to know your experience as well as comments from the experts.

Good question, I am not aware of this because it may be my confidence on them. 40 years back doctors/ technicians in rural villages are used hot water for sterilisation.
Frankly speaking this kind of data can never be documented as quite often figure practically falls below 25%.
I know one person in my town who permanently hired hepatitis ( B or C) , from a dental clinic for a RCT (ROOT CANAL TREATMENT) and after about 6 months later whole family was grappling with hepatitis.
Wife acquired it from husband and then children got it through drinking water from same glass/utensils.
A small mistake by dental surgeon has entirely transformed the life of this family who never visit in any family functions,celebrations just because they donot want to spread it further.
Ironically the clinic is very famous (unfamous) for good treatments for teeth.

These clinics are given licence to treat the ailing people without any infrastructure checking!
Doctors are spreading diseases among people!
Very few. Even in government hospitals I have seen people using povidone iodine to clean surgical devices and suture needle. Operation theatre are in very bad condition. No culture plate or other method used to determine bioburden , no test for sterility performed no quality assurance.

or money and malpractice can force everybody to forget all acquired knowledge!
It's a sad fact that lots of mushroomed healthcare facilities go on abusing sterile services. Even Govt places too. NABH looks into it.
Why not Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, North and South Yemen, Palestine, Egypt, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, most other African countries with uminaginable HCV transmissions, Myanmar, Phillipines, North Korea, Cambodia, Indonesia...why not all other countries with massive unregulated rural populations and poor medical regulations with abysmal enforcement in urban and rural areas? Why not China with its one-child enforcement policy and compulsory sterilization? Why not Russia with its collapsed cradle-to-grave state protection?
Why not ask the Medical Council If India? Why not file a PIL in the Supreme Court of India to get the data and change the state of affairs, at least on paper?
There are many reasons why you will never get the data you seek.

What are the reasons which allow and assist mal partitioning doctors and health workers to spread diseases among poor people in a 'democratic' country?

Only pressure from conscious people can change the attitude of the authority to alter the condition, I trust.
