In a lot of countries (Italy too), ROPS are a must. Law regulation request this type of device, and every constructor must be installed it on is products.
I am new to Research Gate but we have been having a bit of a discussion on ROPS over in LinkedIn Tractors and Farm Machinery Professionals . My contention is that although very few manuf offer ROPS as a accessory in reality no farmer no service provider has a clue that such a system even exists. ROPS prices in the west can add 1500 or more dollars. Surely Indian manufacturers could offer it for less and advertise the need for it even if the GOI is totally ignoring fourwheel tractor safety......
