Generally, how many verb forms we can make, from each type of (base) verb? Is der any computational tools (except the analyzers) available to account for all the verb forms of any language? I would like to know about this for South Indian languages and Especially in Telugu language.

the answer of you question depends entirely on the language, some languages, like English, have only a few inflected forms (sing, sings, sang, sung, singing), in other languages, like Basque, some verbs may have up to hundred forms.
I do not know Telugu nor any other Dradidian language, but as much as I have read about Dravidian languages, they have rather a rich morphology. So there should be quite some conjugated forms for a single verb.
Maybe there are some tools from statistical language processing which can be run on untagged corpora (like Wikipedia in Telugu) to find verb forms.

If one looks at Sanskrit, that has highly influenced the Telugu language, a verbal root can be transitive and intransitive as well. In any case, in each tense, the verbal root takes nine (3 persons*3 numbers; ) conjugated forms.

Yes, Mr.Johannes is true! There are six tenses and four modes in Sanskrit grammar. As said before, for transitive verbal root it is 90 forms (10*9); for the intransitive again 90 forms (10*9) = 180 minimum guaranteed conjugations. This is the result of 18 conjugational suffixes. Remember, this number is for active constructions only, hence, add passive too. Beyond these two constructions, there is one impersonal form like 'to blossom' etc. Sanskrit is flexible in adding secondary inflectional suffixes on five broad categorical suffixes. Based on one's creativity one can conjugate tons and tons of verbal forms!
A friend of mine, Dr. Stephen Willson, counted all the different verb forms that can be made from the Burushaski base (root) t- 'to do, to make'. He came to 4000. Not all Burushaski bases produce so many forms, though.

The 'snow' example is good! Hope, you meant they are 200 synonyms. I am curious to know, does this example leads to any compound word? (not sure, 'red car' kind of words are compounds.) If the words are agglutinative, what could be the grammatical significance.
There are two aspects to this question. One how many theoretical variation is possible for a verb in a language. For example, for each gender of the subject, each 'number' of the subject, each tense of the verb, etc. All of these contribute to possible variants. Second, the choice of language. For each of these aspects, different languages follow different routes -- some do not change the verb at all (English for subject gender), some modify the verb directly, and some add some suffix/prefix to the verb. The question need to be, therefore, seen as looking for the theoretical variations, or the physical variations. The former can be, possibly attempted. The latter depends on the actual language.
Have you looked at morphological analysers -- they deal with splitting a word into the root and suffix/prefix components. They can give you some feel for how the language handles modifications, not only for verbs, but also for nouns, and other categories.
To Jsr Prasad: The Burushaski verb can encode several arguments (up to three) in its structure (by means of prefixes, suffixes and root suppletion), but not all roots take the maximum amount of arguments. A fully inflected verb in Hunza Burushaski can have up to 9 morphemes. There are 5-6 persons/classes and 2 numbers and in addition to 12 tenses/aspects/moods, the finite verb is inflected for triple diathesis (active, middle, passive), polarity (negation), and interrogative. In addition there is a vast non- or semifinite paradigm. So 4000 inflectional forms is quite conceivable. I think the Vedic Sanskrit verb had maximally only (?) 2000 inflectional forms.
To Sajida Bhanu: The maximum number of morphemes a Burushaski verb can have is actually 11, and many of them are variable and/or sensitive to sandhi and fusion.

In Albanian language (one of the oldest Indo-European languages) the verbs can have till 70 forms.

Telugu is one of the most agglutinating languages of India. It is morphologically very rich. Especially, verb is highly productive and complex. How many verb forms can be formed? Actually, it depends upon the suffix level (up to what extend we are adding suffixes). One more thing, all verbs will not have a same generation/formation.
As far as I know, in Telugu verb చేయు-"cheyu"-To do, we can produce different valid verb forms from this root. It comes around 22,500 approx. (up to 5 suffix level), which includes compounding and complex sandhi. If we go further levels it can be 75000 approx. (up to 7 suffix level).
In Hungarian, you can form more than ten thousand forms of a verb, and around 600 forms of a noun. Of course, they will correspond to multi-word counterparts in, say, English.

It depends on how complex the morphology of a language is. Morphologically complex languages (multi-layered inflection involving derived categorial levels).
In Telugu a million word-forms can be formed from a single verb base. It might involve a number of auxiliaries (usually up to 7 or 8, but the limit is only the processing capability of a native speaker).
ex. పగలగొట్టమననివ్వదలచుకోలేకపోతున్నాను or pagalagoVttamananivvaxalacukolekapowunnAnu or Pagalagoṭṭamananivvadalacukōlēkapōtunnānu

In the above example, the word (finite verb) begins with an intransitive verb that gets converted to a transitive verb which in turn may get converted into a causative (not used here), then followed by a permissive, expression of wishful thinking, on behalf of self, neg, continuity, non-past and ending in gnp. A majority of these are expressed by sequencing auxiliary verbs glued together by various non-finite participle markers.
Languages like English, Hindi etc. do not have many inflected form for each category.

I am not expert in language but I am wondering about simplified verbs (two letters) in Albanian. I have no answer, how is possible to survive in the timeline?
