How make to the adherent cells to adhere and distribute equally in the well not near the borders of the well?

In general when I seed adherent cells to a 6-well plate in density 2.5x10^5 cell/well. The cells after 24h gather together near the borders of the well and a few numbers of cells remain in the middle, I tried to incubate the plate at 37 before the seeding but the result was the same. How to make the cells attach and distribute equally in the well?
