Hello, My name is Sebastian. I am a masters student at the University of Florida researching how to develop Ibuprofen microspheres and microspheres containing a growth factor that will be co-loaded into a scaffold to promote tendon repair. One challenge I have been consistently having is when initially dissolving my plga for my emulsion reaction, some polymer will solidify on the bottom of the 30 ml vials I use when creating the PLGA, DCM solution.
