Hi there,

I am a researcher on amyloid proteins field, particularly involved in neurodegenerative diseases.

To have a better idea of properties in tissues of fibrils/oligomers of amyloid agregates, I use FS-AFM with functionalized tips with antibodies. My point is that I need a lot of time (> 6 hours) to do a sensitive screening with high resolution, but i'm worried about stability of Antibodies at room temperature on the tip. Anyone have an idea about that or to workaround?

Thanks for your help!
