Litracon – Light Transmitting Concrete or Translucent Concrete is a good invention for energy efficiency and architectural point of view. But does Glass fibres have a significant negative effect on the high compressive strength of concrete? Because Litracon is a mixture of optical glass fibres and fine concrete and what about Heat absorb to the Structure ? is there any Extra side effect on that?
