I thought that if the journal have ISSN means that is International, but some of the national journal also have ISSN. So how I can differentiate the national journal from International journal
ISSN full form is International Standard Serial Number.
The ISSN is the standardized international code which allows the identification of any serial publication, i.e journals, books, newsletter, news papers etc.,
the ISSN no allotted for both International journals and National journals.
The journals which have good indexing and publisher are International journals. Example of good indexing is SCI/SCIE/ISI/SCOPUS etc. Examples of good publishers are: ACM/SPRINGER/IEEE/TAYLOR AND FRANCIS/ELSEVIER etc.
A Journal is declared as a national or international journal based on its level of circulation. But, journals with an ISSN may generally be considered as an international journal.
