Before using ITO as electrode, usually it is treated with UV-Ozone. In literature, we can find that the exposure time varying from 5-30 min. What is the criteria used to determine the exact exposure time required? Please do suggest.
It depends on the power of UVO equipment. Time that gives uniform coating of the substrate is well enough and hence u need to optimize it.
Measure the work-function at different time intervals.
