I want to ask, how can we model the FRP Laminate, with different shapes of synthetic fiber.

The composite has woven and mat fibers, and the woven has been modeled in 3 dimensions, on the opposite, the random short fibers have been modeled in 2 dimensions. So how can we solve this problem?
