When iron is annealed and then dipped in HCl then washed with water,then it is related with NaOH,after it becomes brown color due to oxidation.please tell me how it's oxidation can be prevented?

To achieve that you need to prevent the iron from reacting with water and oxygen. To do this, you need to apply coating. This involves:
1. Bluing i. e. immersing the iron into a solution of potassium nitrate, sodium hydroxide and water.
2. Galvalization i. e. coating the surface of the metal with layer of zinc.
3. Organic ciating such as paint or
4. Powder coating. The powder includes polyester, vinyl, epoxy and acrylic.
