In many countries in Asia and African continent, integration of technology is rising the question of equality in education. It is because, most of the people in these continents live in rural areas, ensuring quality of life is a challenge and contextual constraints to integrate technology in the classrooms is a fact. 

Therefore, how do you think a sustainable education can be planned with such policy to integrate technology in Education, where it cannot be disseminated into whole population evenly?
