Most papers in journals are automatically added by ResearchGate. If your paper doesn't appear within a few weeks of being online published you can add it manually. Conference papers can also be added manually.
Citations and H-index you cannot do anything about but wait.
To know the citation index or your h-Index, you have first to publish your papers and wait if someone cites your work.
Usually you have several sites which give bibliometric indicators, as mentioned by Muayyad: Scopus (Elsevier), Google Scholar, and even Research gate too or Web of Science.
What is important to know is that each one of these refers to a database which can be different and it may not include all existing journals or some particular articles (ex. Conference paper) with the consequent risk to obtain different bibliometric indicators depending on the consulted source.
Add all of your works on RG. The others such as Citations & h-index will get auto updated in due course. Do the first immediately. To the extent possible (unless not permitted by the journal), provide full texts.

Rana Kadhim Mohammed , It is possible you just activated your profile on Research Gate. Your H-index is only calculated once per week so it might come in a few days.
