Do you want to know how well you are actually measuring the STC, STN and TSS in your samples? Or are you asking about data handling after the analysis has taken place? That is a different issue related to database handling and sample control.
Accuracy and precision are well described elsewhere on the internet. Google the terms and you will find plenty of examples.
Accuracy in this case means how close your results are to the "true"value. There are several ways to do this.
