Instrument and chemicals that are available in my lab are (1) refrigerated circulating liquid (-30 degrees), (2) ethylene glycol, (3) distilled water, and (4) coiled circulating pipes.
You could use a partially frozen solution of ethanol in acetone, with 0.135 mol/mol for the molar fraction of ethanol, which freezing point should match 173 K.
