i have ieee 14 bus test system that there are PMUs on 2,4,5,6,7,8,9,11 and 13 buses.by wls estimator i want to estimate voltages of buses using all measurements except the data that is collected from for example first pmu.how i should do that in matlab?

i have found a mfile in other websites that in it the voltages of buses have been estimated by wls method.but the location of PMUs and the number of them have not been mentioned. so i can not use it or at least i should change it.

i attach it here and i would appreciate if you tell me how i should correct it to reach my own goal or provide me with your own mfiles or any other help.
