I want to calculating a double integration on a 2D domain. I tried to done it by online web-page but the limitation of the r in each angle was my problem. I think it is easy to FEM software to done it. I know SW and Abaqus can calculate the mass, center of mass, I_xx, I_yy and so on therefor they can calculate my integrals. but i don't know how:(.

Yeah, you are probably going to have to Python program your way out of that one, as per Nils' link. Or use COMSOL Multiphysics.
Any integral can be calculated as reaction force in, say, 1-direction at the constrained node (encastre) of the plate A with unit thickness and unit density under action of gravity load with unit acceleration, distributed in 1-direction in the same way as the integrand.
Also non-uniform pressure distribution can be used.
It seems that the answer to this question is to first find the second polar mass moment of inertia of a plate of the given geometry of thickness t made of material of density rho. Let us call it I. The value of the expression would be I * omega squared* sin(( theta i + theta o)/2). I can be found from some CAD or FEA software.
