The aim of this question is to capture new insights and experiences related to the concept of Servant Leadership over the past few years. It takes into account the dynamic changes in the working world and invites reflection on the relevance and effectiveness of this leadership approach in light of current developments. Both theoretical advancements and practical applications, as well as possible adaptations of the concept, are the focus.
In my opinion, servant leadership should be used in correlation with ethical leadership since one might be a servant leadership and serve people but not necessarily ethical or have moral values.
Further, servant leadership has evolved but is dependent on the context or culture of a specific organisation.
