How fast is it possible to cool an alumina-silicate body after firing?

Chemical composition of the raw material is:

SiO2: 62%

Al2O3: 16%

Fe2O3: 9%

TiO2+SO3: 2%

LOI: 10%

and the final product does not show any shrinkage which means SiO2 is quartz type.

The main question is that how fast is it possible to cool this body without cracking?
