Bacillus subtilis takes about 6h and it's one mother cell -> one spore via an asymmetric cell division. The mother cell lyses to release the spore so there's never more than one produced.
Myxococcus xanthus can form sopres in about 1 hour in glycerol or DMSO solution. Sporulation happens very slowly in its natural habitat, taking up to 48 hours. One cell makes only one spore.
