As far as I know, black hole evaporation means emission of photons due to particle anti-particle annihilation outside the black hole(BH) event horizon. Then how come SUSY and other particles are produced due to BH evaporation? Also, why the masses of the particles produced is less than the radiation temperature of the BH?
There's no reason why particles should be produced along with their putative superpartners, during black hole evaporation. So the question doesn't make sense. In fact, since it's not known, whether black holes evaporate or not, the question as posed doesn't make sense. It's not necessary, either to have a black hole, or for it to evaporate, for having particle production, since this takes place generically in a curved spacetime.

In the case of the presence of a black hole's horizon, a particle of a negative energy falls in (tunnels) behined the horizon and particle of positive energy goes away (Hawking radiation); or opposite particle of positive energy tunnels out of black hole's interior while a negative energy partner stays within BH interior does causing its mass to decrease (evaporation) ...

Maybe what you have in mind is the topic of black hole production at LHC which may indirectly act as a dominant channel for SUSY production. Is it your concern? Recently it has been shown at LHC that black hole resonances provide a larger source for heavy mass SUSY (squark and gluino) production than the direct pQCD-SUSY production via parton fusion processes depending on the values of the Planck mass and blackhole mass. This is a very interesting topic.

If the fundamental Planck scale is near a TeV, then we should expect to see TeV scale black holes at the LHC. Similarly, if the scale of supersymmetry breaking is sufficiently low, then we might expect to see light supersymmetric particles in the next generation of colliders. If the mass of the supersymmetric particle is of order a TeV and is comparable to the temperature of a typical TeV scale black hole, then such sparticles will be copiously produced via Hawking radiation: The black hole will act as a resonance for sparticles, among other things. In this paper we compared various signatures for SUSY production at LHC, and we contrasted the situation where the sparticles are produced directly via parton fusion processes with the situation where they are produced indirectly through black hole resonances. We found that black hole resonances provide a larger source for heavy mass SUSY (squark and gluino) production than the direct pQCD-SUSY production via parton fusion processes depending on the values of the Planck mass and blackhole mass. Hence black hole production at LHC may indirectly act as a dominant channel for SUSY production. We also found that the differential cross section d\sigma/dp_t for SUSY production increases as a function of the p_t (up to p_t equal to about 1 TeV or more) of the SUSY particles (squarks and gluinos), which is in sharp contrast with the pQCD predictions where the differential cross section d\sigma/dp_t decreases as p_t increases for high p_t about 1 TeV or higher. This is a feature for any particle emission from TeV scale blackhole as long as the temperature of the blackhole is very high (~ TeV). Hence measurement of increase of d\sigma/dp_t with p_t for p_t up to about 1 TeV or higher for final state particles might be a useful signature for blackhole production at LHC.
Article Supersymmetry production from a TeV scale black hole at CERN LHC
On the event horizon particle-antiparticle pair are formed due to vacuum fluctuation obeying time energy uncertainty principle. Within this very short duration if one is absorbed by the black hole the other becomes a real particle because it cannot recombine with the one which has been absorbed. Then the real particle forms Hawking radiation. This radiation carries mass-energy away making a black hole less massive: this phenomenon is known as black hole evaporation. There are a few consequences
- It shows that black hole thermally interact with the rest of the universe
- Black hole temperature increases during Hawking radiation
- It leads to information paradox, that is information stored inside a black hole is apparently lost
Because super-symmetric particles are also created in pairs, Hawking radiation could in principle emit super-symmetric particles. Notice that even though low energy super-symmetry is ruled out, it can still (naturally) exist at the Planck scale.
@Biswajoy Brahmachari Thank you Sir for the clarification, but I still have a query: how does the particle content of radiation depend on the BH mass? which is to say, does the nature of radiation vary on the basis of BH mass, charge and spin?
