Are you able to elaborate a little more on your question? If you mean sensory integration in the context of say integrating visual and auditory information into one sensory percept I am not aware of any literature about emotions having an effect. Things like location, size and onset time of sensory cues affect sensory integration, however I am unaware of emotion having this effect. However I know little about Cognitive Architectures as they are not my area of expertise!
