Will it show any impact on developing countries..?

I am working for a firm which builds low cost houses, and in my view, when low cost housing is planned and implemented efficienctly , it can be be really economic for the investing company and the developing country. at first the developing country has a company which would like to invest and when housing comes, it brings other infrastructure with it , so in short these projects have potential to change the scope of a place.
