Retsearchgate RG score is wonderful. However, there needs to be an appraisal of how the score is calculated. This large community of researchers should have a say or at least a clear explanation on how the score is calculated.
Why? You hear people complain that their scores decline even after adding new publications. I think this community of researchers has people who can influence this or at least make it more transparent.
