My answer: the low probability of Plato's Theory of Forms lowers the odds of reincarnation occuring. In most belief systems of reincarnation, a point arises that the individual stops reincarnating(sometimes called nirvana, other times becoming one with abstract ideas). The less likely abstract ideas are absolute, the less probable reincarnation occurs because the lack of a guiding force to determine who finally gets to stop reincarnation and when and why. And the argument that reincarnation never stops is unlikely because every being is too unique for a soul(also known as quantum nomad) to be shared between two different beings due to reincarnation.
