Mine seems to be crashing with one set. I am hoping to do 200-300 of them.
It seems to me that I may have to explore spatial statistics packages in R, but since I am a newbie to R, I am hoping for some way to still use ArcGIS for this purpose.
You could write a python script that iterate throgh your datasets. But what is the reason that something "craches" with one set? What did you try to do?
I assume you are using the spatial statistics add-on and one of the principal tools there is kriging (which is equivalent to radial basis function interpolation). See the gstat package in R. There is a package in R for reading and writing shape files so you should be able to move data between R and ARCGIS10
A final point, without knowing anything about your data I would have to say that you can not assume that the interpolation is "automatic" and hence can be set up as simple a sequence of operations (one for each data set). In general you need to do some exploratory analysis on each data set separately prior to using interpolation. It would be a mistake to simply use batch processing
hello I think arcgis iterations are made automatically, the program gives you the model that fits you set it up like you, for that is the geostatistical command, will try to send you a video if you want, for now I send a document
