How does one interpret the 'index of moderated mediation'?

This is directly from my moderated mediation output and I don't quite understand how to interpret this value. Is it akin to an effect size? or what is it?
You have to look at the LLCI and ULCI. In order for the moderated mediation to take place, there should not be a zero in the limit. Since, both of your limits are negative, there is no zero in between. This essentially means that there is moderated mediation taking place in your model.
As I understand it, the Index of moderated mediation is a summary statistic provided by PROCESS that tests the impact of a moderator W on the indirect effect of X on Y through the mediator M. Essentially, the statistic "tests the indirect effect as quantified with the product of the paths" (Hayes, 2015). As mentioned above, if your confidence intervals do not span 0, you have a significant result. Best resource is Hayes (2015) article in Multivariate Behavioral Research.
