How does one Interface the BIOPAC machine with MATLAB Fuzzy Toolbox?

I want to know how MATLAB can be interfaced with the real time signals acquisition. I have a BIOPAC machine to get a Real Time data. Now, I want to give those data in directly in the MATLAB Fuzzy Logic toolbox. Please let me know, how can I do it.

In .m file write the following instructions:

a = readfis('File-directory\file-name.fis');

u=evalfis([input1 input2], a);

here I have two inputs (input1, input2) and u is the output of my fezzy controler
