In the single line diagram of the network double click on the generator which you want to select its bus as slack bus. from the "Load Flow" tab, check the "Reference Machine" check-box. When you select the generator as reference machine in the rectangle named "dispatch" you can select the amount of "Voltage" in p.u and "Angle" in degrees.
