How does one calculate fish size at first maturity using excel?

We are trying to estimate 'size at first maturity of fish'. We have data on length, weight, gonad weight, etc. How can we do this in excel?

Thanks Zan! The problem is we do not have data on age. We only have data on (1) length, (2) weight, (3) gonad weight,

We were able to calculate GSI of the specimens. We were wondering if it would be possible to identify length at first maturity using L-W data.
