Social distancing is essential although not practical in confine places.
Adequate protective equipments should be provided to all staff members to reduce risk of Covid 19 infections.
Ventilation promotes circulation of air which reduces humidity and thus removes air droplets that contain the virus.
The best way to control the epidemic is to have workers work on a schedule basis. Avoid large groups
Use of personal protective equipments would be the best bet, however if possible workers can be grouped to work in shifts thereby reducing overcrowding
