Hi Gavin, let me check if I understood your intention for the question. A company X uses project based innovation for its path towards producing new products/services. Parallel to this fact, company X has a plan to develop its human resources to continuously energize the innovation exercise. What if parachuted human expertise is introduced to the exercise and what will the consequence be on the existing human resources development?
If the aforementioned scenario is correct, it will devastate the long term plan because of the negative energy introduced with the simple fact of "parachuting expertise" which will substitute someone else's growth plan within company X. Not to forget the chain reaction on other talents.
