State, is defined in Art 12 of the Constitution of India. Immediately after that, the Fundamental rights commencing from Art 13 to 31 are stated and the remedies available for the violation are mentioned in Art. 32 but before enforcing Art 32 it says about the appropriate remedies available and if it's being denied then one can approach the Supreme Court. Appropriate remedies are mentioned in Art 226 of the Constitution. Along with it, the Fundamental duties are also imposed to the individual; this is how the state's individual relationships are regulated
