it is a complex question. The effect of cementittious grout density is not single parameters. The cement, w/c and setting condition is important to analysis.
This depends on the test conditions. If you keep the specimen sealed, without moisture exchange with the external environment, the overall density will not change neglecting the effect of shrinkage. If the density is measured after drying, the bulk density will increase following time and the skeletal density will decrease.
this question is related to hydration process of cement , i.e. the chemical reaction between cement and water, the reaction continue as cement remain in wet condition which is the situation of wet curing which is lead to more hydration products and hence increase density.
